• High-value items without proper insurance documentation
• Currency, precious metals, or jewelry exceeding specified limits

7. Insurance and Liability

Basic Coverage: All shipments include basic liability coverage. Additional insurance can be purchased for full replacement value coverage.

Claims Process: Any claims for damaged or lost items must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. Documentation and photos may be required.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited as specified in your service agreement and applicable law.
