- Being present at pickup and delivery or designating authorized representatives

The following items cannot be transported:

- Perishable foods
- Plants and live animals (special arrangements required)
- Illegal items or contraband
- High-value items without proper insurance documentation
- Currency, precious metals, or jewelry exceeding specified limits
7. Insurance and Liability
Basic Coverage: All shipments include basic liability coverage. Additional insurance can be purchased for full replacement value coverage.
Claims Process: Any claims for damaged or lost items must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. Documentation and photos may be required.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited as specified in your service agreement and applicable law.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
